Spaghetti with Ricotta, Parmesan and Crispy Fried Chorizo

It’s pretty simple actually. After boiling the pasta and draining it, just add some ricotta, salt, pepper and parsley to it. Fry off some chorizo and add on top. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper over it all.
